FBI, local law enforcement investigate sexual contact with minors – LockHaven.Com



This weekend the FBI working in conjunction with local law enforcement arrested four individuals for attempting to have unlawful sexual contact with a minor child.

In each of the arrests, law enforcement officers engaged in electronic communication with the defendants, with the defendants agreeing to travel to Patton Township with the explicit intent to engage in sex with a minor child.

The FBI investigation was assisted by officers from the Pennsylvania Northeast and Southeast Computer Crimes Units, Lycoming County District Attorney’s Office, Williamsport Bureau of Police and the Patton Township Police Department.

The following individuals were arrested as a result of this weekend’s detail:

On Wednesday, November 8, 2023:

— Gregory Wilson, 50-year-old male from Lewistown, Pennsylvania. Wilson was charged with attempted coercion, enticement of a minor to engage in sexual activity and prostitution.

On Thursday, November 9, 2023:

— Walter Sitosky, 66-year-old male from Houtzdale, Pennsylvania. Sitosky was charged with patronizing a victim of sexual servitude, statutory sexual assault (greater than 11-year age difference), prostitution (promoting prostitution of a minor), unlawful contact with a minor and criminal use of a communication facility.

— Christopher Crispen, 33-year-old male from Howard, Pennsylvania. Crispen was charged with statutory sexual assault (greater than 11-year age difference), unlawful contact with a minor and criminal use of communication facility.

On Friday, November 10, 2023:

— Robert Mansberger, 58-year-old male from Cassville, Pennsylvania. Mansberger was charged with patronizing a victim of sexual servitude, statutory sexual assault (greater than 11-year age difference), prostitution (promoting prostitution of a minor), unlawful contact with a minor and criminal use of a communication facility.

A criminal complaint and affidavit of probable cause is merely a formal charge that a defendant has committed one or more violations of the Pennsylvania Criminal Statutes, and every defendant is presumed innocent, unless and until proven guilty.
