Have a moment, Max Strus.
The Cleveland Cavaliers guard posted 21 points in Tuesday’s 121-119 victory over the Dallas Mavericks, but it was his final three that stood out. After P.J. Washington gave the visitors the lead in the final seconds, Strus drained a shot from beyond halfcourt at the buzzer to give the Cavaliers the dramatic win.
Social media reacted accordingly:

Idk if this is something the Cavs have practiced, but it’s a very, very nice setup for a full-court look. Those shots are always gonna be very low-percentage, but this looked practiced, like the Cavs know “if no one is defending the inbounder, pass it right back.” https://t.co/iU77pMz4ne

Strus’ shot overshadowed Luka Dončić’s impressive showing, as the Mavericks star finished with 45 points, 14 assists, nine rebounds and three steals behind 17-of-29 shooting from the field and 6-of-11 shooting from deep.
Kyrie Irving also scored 30 points against his former team, while Donovan Mitchell poured in a team-high 31 for the Cavaliers.
But it was Strus who stole the spotlight and helped Cleveland improve to 38-19 with its second straight win.
